At this stage you don’t need to say what form your fund raising will take, just that you want to participate. We don’t really want lots of tombola stalls because an unusual “offering” may attract more interest in your stand, so get your thinking caps on and make the most of the opportunity. You should plan to be completely “self contained” in terms of tables, chairs, gazebos, etc and a generator if you need power. Please contact David (see below) if you want to discuss any of these points.

Stall/stand space will not be limited to Charities. Commercial organisations can also book space, the difference being that Charities are free but commercial organisations will pay a small charge.

Some sponsorship has already been promised but any commercial organisation in the area should be considering participation in the form of a stall/stand, advertising in the programme or sponsorship of one of the events.
