The buffet was excellent and the students really excelled themselves. Hopefully, one of the budding chefs will be a future winner in the Rotary Young Chef competition! Along with a lot of other things, the pupils made filo pastry parcels, samosas, stuffed tomatoes and made a variety of tasty sandwiches cut in a way to rival tea at the Ritz.

Students ranging from Year 7 to Year 13 took part in the performance of Grease which was second to none. Indeed, some of us regularly take part in school trips to the West End theatres and we have to say that the school’s performance was better than some we have seen there! The dancing was of a professional standard, the timing spot on and the moves worthy of the original West End Grease performers. As for the singers - watch out Britain’s Got Talent!
All this has been rehearsed whilst the lead performers were engaged in A level and GCSE examinations and some of them coping with part time employment.
Many thanks to students and staff and we look forward to another event in the future.
