Students at the finals came from all over Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Daniel was part of the 47 GCSE and A Level students who had made it through to the final by winning their respective local competitions. The variety and excellence of ideas, invention and workmanship was quite astounding, ranging from soft fabrics, paper art, woodwork to metal work and plastics.

All work undertaken for the Rotary Young Designer Competition is part of the student’s normal curriculum studies.

Accompanying Daniel at the finals was Jake Ward who was the local GCSE level winner with his Dog Food Dispenser.

We would like to wish Daniel much success in his future.
